At Noonze.com Consulting, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services and products. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures and guidelines regarding refunds for different types of services and products we offer.

By purchasing our services or products, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Consulting Services

Project-Based Consulting

For project-based consulting services:

  • If you cancel a project before work has begun, we will refund 90% of the total project fee. The 10% retained covers administrative costs and project setup.
  • If you cancel a project after work has begun but before 25% completion, we will refund 75% of the total project fee.
  • If you cancel a project after 25% completion but before 50% completion, we will refund 50% of the total project fee.
  • If you cancel a project after 50% completion, no refund will be provided.

Project completion percentage is determined based on our internal project management tracking system and will be communicated to you in regular project updates.

Hourly Consulting

For hourly consulting services:

  • You will only be billed for hours actually worked.
  • If you have pre-purchased a block of hours, unused hours can be refunded at 90% of the original rate if requested within 90 days of purchase.
  • After 90 days, unused pre-purchased hours can be refunded at 75% of the original rate.
  • After 180 days, unused pre-purchased hours are non-refundable but remain available for your use for up to one year from the date of purchase.

3. Workshops and Events

For workshops, training sessions, and events:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 15-30 days before the event date will receive a 75% refund.
  • Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date are non-refundable.

Instead of cancelling, you may:

  • Transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost.
  • Apply your payment to a future event within the next 12 months.

If we cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to the rescheduled date or another event.

4. Digital Products

For digital products such as reports, guides, templates, and other downloadable content:

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
  • If you have not downloaded or accessed the digital product, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the digital product, please contact our support team for assistance before requesting a refund.

5. Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team.
  • When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the subscription services until the end of your current billing period.
  • We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of the current billing period when you cancel a subscription.
  • If you cancel within 7 days of starting a new subscription and have not substantially used the services, you may be eligible for a full refund.

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • For credit card payments, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.

7. Exceptions

We may make exceptions to this policy at our discretion in certain circumstances, such as:

  • Illness or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from using our services.
  • Technical issues on our end that significantly impact the delivery of our services.
  • Errors in billing or charging.
